1. Guide Satisfaction Guarantee
At AssistVerse, our primary objective is your complete satisfaction with our self-guided configuration materials. If you purchase any of our setup manuals or guide subscriptions and determine that the material does not accurately cover your device model or fails to assist you in resolving your setup issues, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
2. 30-Day Learning Guarantee
All premium learning memberships and guide directories include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
- If any guide or manual fails to help you complete your configuration, you may request updated documentation or alternative configuration checklists at no additional charge.
- If our updated checklists and educational materials still do not resolve your configuration questions, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under your satisfaction warranty, please follow these steps:
- Send a formal refund request email to support@assistverse.com.
- State your name, phone number, registered order ID (if available), date of purchase, and details of the guide purchased.
- Our administrative team will review your case file logs within 48 business hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment card or checking account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance cycles.
4. Exceptions and Abuse
Refunds will not be approved if the refund request is submitted after the 30-day warranty window, or if there is clear evidence of account sharing or automated scraping of our guide directory.
